This caviar from Caviar Giaveri’s production is obtained from the sturgeon that historically inhabited the rivers of Siberia.

This caviar is harvested from Siberian sturgeon raised in Italy using environmentally sustainable farming practices. The eggs mature naturally over 8 years before harvesting.

Lightly salted 'Malossol' style, the caviar delivers a clean, delicate flavour and medium-sized grains that melt in the mouth, offering a refined tasting experience.

Available in 30g, 50g, and 100g tins

Larger sizes, 250-grams, 500-grams to one kilogram tins suitable for groups such as weddings, corporate functions, promotions, celebrations etc. are available on pre-order and payment thirty days prior to delivery or pick-up.
